DOTS BY KARINA has a clear policy regarding refunds for floral arrangements. Once arrangements have been crafted and delivered to the addresses specified by clients, we cannot offer refunds, even in cases where an incorrect address has been provided. However, if you need to cancel an order, we can issue a refund for arrangements that have not yet been created. Typically, this refund process is available if the cancellation request is made 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. We appreciate your understanding of our policies, as they help us maintain the quality and service that our customers expect.
